The important bit

You own the whole thing.

Domain, code and hosting are all in your name. It costs about $25 a year to run — just the domain renewal.

There is no retainer, nothing renewing and nothing to cancel. Most quotes carry $100–$300 a month in maintenance. This one does not.

No surprises

Here's what's not included.

Everything above is fixed price. These are the things people sometimes assume come with it.

  • No drag-and-drop editor

    This is a fast, secure site rather than WordPress. You get a written guide for changing your own text and images, which covers most things in about five minutes.

  • No logo design

    Brand direction, colours and fonts are included. A drawn logo isn't.

  • No photography

    I'll use the images you have. If you don't have any, I'll source stock.

  • No email hosting

    Your domain is yours; setting up email on it is separate. I'll point you at the options.

  • No ongoing SEO, ads or social media

    The site is built to be found. What happens after that is up to you.

  • No ongoing changes after handover

    There's a 30-day window for fixing anything broken. Changes after that are quoted separately.
